limited toiletries meager toilet paper

I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. there were no tea making facilities in the room, a real letdown. the provided toiletries were also very limited. Just a small amount of shower gel and shampoo for two people over two nights, with one already partially used. there was also a meager amount of toilet paper available. It felt quite stingy.

Basic stay. Some issues present

missing kettle communal filth

My room had a distinct lack of essential amenities. Imagine my surprise. There wasn't even a simple kettle for a cup of tea! The state of the communal areas was questionable. The cleanliness was lacking. It looked some guests had decided to redecorate with their rubbish, and it wasn't exactly charming.
